• Which Shipping Methods Are Available?

    Domestic (European countries): Postal delivery / DHL Express
    International: First Class Mail (14-40 days) / DHL Express (2-4 days)
    Orders ship from Slovakia, Europe.
    Please note that we do not delivery to PO boxes or Service collection points.

  • Do You Ship Internationally?

    If you're shipping outside the EU you may be required to pay import duties and tax before, on or after delivery.
    Deliveries to the USA with a value over $800 may attract import duties and tax. Please visit for info on importing to the USA. If you're looking to purchase multiple items that are over this amount and don't like the idea of import duties, we recommend placing multiple orders.

    Very important: we never declare lower value on customs form! Customers always responsible for import procedures, fees, taxes. We deliver to place (DAP incoterms) meaning that: All charges as well as delivery to the buyer facilities will be arranged by the seller. Import Duty and Taxes will be paid by the buyer at destination.

    My dearest customers from the UK. The Brexit situation makes our business with your country complicated.
    The prices for you do not include VAT (meaning that you do not pay VAT in Europe), however you will be requested to pay import VAT in the UK.
    Please note that we can deliver to you if the order total will be more than 160€.

    How much does shipping cost?

    Please note that shipping costs will depend on the value and weight of your individual order and will be calculated at checkout.
    DHL Express EU: 19€ for 2kg;
    DHL Express Finland & Sweden: 21€ for 2kg;
    DHL Express USA, Canada: 23€ for 2kg;
    DHL Express World: 35€ for 2kg;

  • What Is the Average Delivery time?

    We aim to despatch all orders within 2-3 business days, this does not apply to preordered items and might be different during high seasons.

    Usually our customers receive orders within 1 week.

    I'll do my best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on many factors including the seasons and your local carrier's work.


    How can I track my order?

    You will receive a dispatch notification that will clearly show your order's tracking number usually shown as:
    • AA00000000AA (Post)
    • 999 999 999 (DHL)
    You can usually track an item on your local carrier website or use a parcel tracking service, the one of the following:

    The tracking number tells me the package was delivered but there's no sign of it?

    We would recommend checking with a neighbour, doorman or any areas on your property where the package could have been left by the delivery courier. If you have no luck, please let us know so we can look into the issue.

    My package seems to be lost!

    Sometimes that happens. At first, we strongly recommend you to all and visit your local post office, as sometimes your parcel might just sit there and wait for you. If no success, please send us your tracking number and we'll see what we can do (usually we send another item).


  • Which Payment Methods Are Available?

    We accept credit cards, bank wire transfers and PayPal.
    All credit cards transactions are processed throughusing 256-bit SSL encryption. Your credit card information is never stored.
    If you prefer to pay with T&T please place an order choosing Bank wire payment option and we will send you an invoice accordingly.

  • Which currency am I buying in?

    All of the prices on our website are in Euros (EUR, €), you'll pay in Euros.
    We give indicative prices on our product pages in different currencies, however the order total in your currency depends on the exchange rate at the time of placing the order.
    Please note that all refunds are made in Euros (EUR, €) and are subject to exchange rates at the time of refund, not the time of purchase.

  • What If My Payment Fails?

    it could be because of one of the following reasons:
    • You need to authorise the payment with your bank before placing another order
    • You  need to check that your security code matches the number on the back of the card
    • The billing address doesn't match the address registered to the debit or credit card

    We would recommend using an alternative payment method such as PayPal, where you will also be able to register to pay using your debit or credit card.

    Please note that when placing an order on our website the billing address should be the registered address for the debit or credit card used to pay at the checkout.

    When you pay using PayPal it is impossible to ship to an alternative address different from the address  registered to your PayPal account.

Orders & Returns

  • How do I order from you?

    Click on the product you want and then, where relevant, select the correct colour and size.
    The item will then automatically be added to your shopping basket.
    You can either continue shopping, adding more than one item to your basket at any time.
    Once you are ready to place your order, click on the 'cart' and then 'checkout'.
    You will then be asked to enter your delivery address for us to calculate the shipping costs. The order total will automatically be updated.
    You will then be asked to enter your billing address and preferred payment method.
    Once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirming receipt and your order number.
    You information will not be shared with third parties. You can pay via our secure checkout using the following payment methods: PayPal / Credit Card.

    Do the prices include VAT?

    For orders within Europe we are obliged to charge VAT on products and shipping. The new VAT law is in affect as from July 1st, by the law we charge the VAT amount equals to the standard VAT rate of the destination country. This will be shown during checkout.
    If you're ordering outside the EU then you'll see the prices without VAT.
    If you're ordering as a VAT-registered business, please input your company VAT number during checkout and the tax will be waved (for valid European VAT numbers only).

  • How Can I Cancel My Order?

    You can cancel your order anytime before it was dispatched.
    If you have cancelled your order, then we refunded your order. It may take up to 10 days for your bank or card issuer to make your funds available to you again.
    Note that when you cancel the order we do not refund the payment processor's commission (PayPal or Stripe) because they do not refund their commission to us, so you will receive the original payment without the processing commission.

  • How do I return my order?

    If you want to return something, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request and despatch it back to us.
    Please email to us your order number from the same email address you used to place the order. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is on you. If your products are sent back later than 14 days you’ll only be eligible for a store credit.
