conceria Puccini

12.50€ / 13.70$ per square foot

Exclusively in my shop: Hunter by Conceria Puccini

Hunter is a classic vegetable tanned vacchetta leather made in Tuscany, Italy, by a Consortium member tannery.

It is made on cow shoulders of French origin of the best possible quality.

Hunter is dyed through and oily with a firm temper, it's a very natural "naked" leather with a warm handfeel.

This article has a very natural look and clean fleshside. Hunter has a very natural transparent finish, you can see all the main features of vegetable tanned leather, it will develop a nice patina due to the good reaction to burnishing.

There's another version of this leather called Uragano, the only difference between them is that Uragano has a rustic look.

Hunter is suitable for all kind of leather goods, for shoes and belts.

Conceria Puccini

Since 14years old, Mr Puccini Attilio started working in the first tanneries in Ponte a Egola, a small town in the leather district between Florence and Pisa, getting experience in working bovine vegetable tanned leather for leathergoods and footwear.
After this period, he decided to start his own business, opening the “Conceria Puccini Attilio” in 1986.
Attilio passed down to his son Marco and his daughter Sandra the values of this ancient craft, so they are all currently managing the tannery.
